ABBOTT: Super Duper computer store. Can I help you?

COSTELLO: Thanks. I'm setting up an office in my den and I'm thinking about buying a computer.

    ABBOTT: Mac?

    COSTELLO: No, the name's Lou.

    ABBOTT: Your computer?

COSTELLO: I don't own a computer. I want to buy one.

    ABBOTT: Mac?

COSTELLO: I told you, my name's Lou.

    ABBOTT: What about Windows?

COSTELLO: Why? Will it get stuffy in here?

ABBOTT: Do you want a computer with Windows?

COSTELLO: I don't know. What will I see when I look in the windows?

ABBOTT: Wallpaper. COSTELLO: Never mind the windows. I need a computer and software.

    ABBOTT: Software for Windows?

COSTELLO: No. On the computer! I need something I can use to write proposals, track expenses and run my business. What have you got?

    ABBOTT: Office.

COSTELLO: Yeah, for my office. Can you recommend anything?

    ABBOTT: I just did.

    COSTELLO: You just did what?

    ABBOTT: Recommend something.

    COSTELLO: You recommended something?

    ABBOTT: Yes.

    COSTELLO: For my office?

    ABBOTT: Yes.

COSTELLO: OK, what did you recommend for my office?

    ABBOTT: Office.

    COSTELLO: Yes, for my office!

ABBOTT: I recommend Office with Windows.

COSTELLO: I already have an office with windows!

    Shy Guy...

A very shy guy goes into a bar and sees a beautiful woman sitting at the bar. After an hour of gathering up his courage he finally goes over to her and asks, tentatively, "Um, would you mind if I chatted with you for a while?"

She responds by yelling, at the top of her lungs, "No, I won't sleep with you tonight!" Everyone in the bar turn and stares at them.

Naturally, the guy is hopelessly and completely embarrassed and he slinks back to his table.

After a few minutes, the woman walks over to him and apologizes. She smiles at him and says, "I'm sorry if I embarrassed you. You see, I'm a graduate student in psychology and I'm studying how people respond to embarrassing situations."

To which, he responds at the top of his lungs, "What do you mean, $200?"

    CREATIVE VADO

    i want this leh

    pics taken off to http://sg.creative.com/products/product_CreativeStore.asp?category=833&subcategory=834&product=17761&nav=0

until I realized it is merely a pocket video camera. I thought it was a bundled up camera + mp3 player which also happens to look ipod-ish. Kk...... a bit disappointed.

I did happen to have one old one which works as camera + mp3 player but the ear phones were spoilt and I can't seem to find replacements for that. Bummer. I hope something like this comes along real soon. And I wondered why the brand I got stopped producing it.

    GOOD READS

"The Big Read reckons that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they've printed."

    1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
    2) Italicize those you intend to read.
    3) Underline the books you really love (and strike through the ones you hate!).
    4) Reprint this list in your own LJ so we can try and track down these people who've read 6 and force books upon them

I don't think I will do it. lol...My score sheet is gonna be embarassing. I don't really read because I don't know which books are worth reading. I guess with this list, I'll be going book-hunting soon.
